UOB XLS

United Overseas Bank Limited (commonly known as UOB), is a banking organisation headquartered in Singapore, with branches found in most Southeast Asian countries.

Get this Prudent add-on to import transactions exported from UOB online banking in XLS format.

Getting the XLS

  1. Log-on to your UOB online banking account as usual.

  2. Select the account that you want.

  3. Filter for a month or date range that you want, then click on the 'Download' button (to the right):




Installing the UOB XLS extension

Find UOB XLS in Extensions settings, then click on GET.

Importing the XLS

To import the XLS as transactions in your ledger, within Prudent, click on Import, then choose UOB XLS.

Point Prudent to the XLS file that you had downloaded and you'll get to a confirmation window that looks similar to this:

Recommended workflow

Download once per month. On the 1st of every month, download the transactions for the previous month.
